Please, collect trash separately.

• The large bin under the sink is for whatever is recyclable - plastic, cans, glass bottles, etc. You can also leave glass bottles on the shelves to the left of the sink.
• The small bin to the left is for organic residues.
• The small bin to the right if for unsorted waste.
• The paper bag behind the radiator in the kitchen is for paper/carton.

Please, do not throw out trash into the bins in the neighbouring courtyard!
Leave it inside the apartment when you check-out. If you're travelling by car, please take the bags out of the bins and bring them into the garage.
If you have trash to be collected during your stay - let me know and I will arrange to pick it up at your convenience.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. However, you can smoke on the balcony, but make sure to keep the doors and window of the living room shut while you do. Do not throw/drop the ashes/butts behind the railings.

No loud music / sound between 22:00 and 08:00. Please, keep noise down on the stairs at any time.

Please, do not wear shoes, walking on the carpet. The disposable slippers are provided for your convenience.

If you order a delivery or expect guests - here is some useful information.
The doorbell button on the street intercom is MILANESI. The intercom works, so you can talk to the person. However, the button to open the door does not work. You have to walk down and open both doors manually. Don't forget the set of keys, just in case you slam the downstairs doors accidentally. The doorbell right behind the apartment door is also disconnected.

Feel free to use washing machine in the bathroom. Just open the tap and don't forget to close it after use. Detergent and softener are provided. Use 2 caps of anti-lime gel (blue bottle) with every wash cycle.

The fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen. Also in the kitchen above the toaster, you will find a first aid kit (red bag).
The smoke and CO sensor is located in the bedroom. The only reason for it to sound is if you smoke inside the apartment. If it beeps (even occasionally) - open the windows and notify me immediately.
If you were using IRON - DOUBLE CHECK, that you've UNPLUGGED it before going out. Avoid using kettle, coffee machine and toaster at the same time.
