Usually, I will meet you in person at check-in. On rare occasions when I'm not available, self check-in with lockbox will be offered. In that case, I ask you to provide ID information (as per Italian law) for all guests through Vikey software. The link to check-in page will be sent in a separate message on Airbnb.
Please, complete all the information, I will review it and send you the PIN for the lockbox.
Even if the meeting is arranged in person, it's still useful to complete the ID form on Vikey, as it saves time at check-in at the apartment.
